So great to see this new newsletter debut! I know it's been a long time in the making. Very much looking forward to the prompt series, community jams, and all else. 🧨
CG! JF! If a comment thread were a happiness generating Time Machine to the blogging heyday (and now beyond), this is it 🥳 Delighted to all be testing out this big Substack sandbox together ✨🥰✨
I’m such a big fan of Uncertainty, and your podcast conversations have kept me company on many commutes throughout the years. What a treat to find you here, Jonathan! Cheers to what’s next. 🎉
I love the reflective question of how to spend our time well. It’s something I often ruminate over myself, I want to make all the moments count because we never truly know which one will be our last.
Thank you for cultivating this beautiful space, and for making it accessible to free subscribers everywhere.
The week before last week I heard Elizabeth Gilbert speak, live. A couple of hours of Live Love. Very difficult to articulate. It was literally spellbinding.
Today I got her email, and having connected to your work via Brendon Burchard, I immediately hopped over to have a squint at what you're up to. I love that you are exploring from your different view. It's a very exciting proposition.
(I'm currently noodling about, trying to work out how to use Substack as a way of expressing how I see the world, but in a way that's helpful for others - what you have put out so far is rather inspiring)
Anyway. Goosebump moment. That paragraph when you share how you met Liz - Suzanne Vega (from that very album) was playing as I read it. So as the indications are that I'm on the right path, I shall keep noodling on, noting and sketching as I go, and see where my explorations take me today.
I'm reading 'Super Infinite' (about John Donne) at the moment and I was fascinated to read this morning that he had a book where he collected scraps of information for future weavings into creative expression... Next stop to re-read my Spark E type and maybe I'll play shuffle with Big Magic and see what page it falls open on...

Thanks, Chris! Super-excited for the adventure ahead. :-)

I love Good Life Project and am so excited to see your work here :)
Excited to see you here Jonathan, and to catch up with all of the amazingness you've created and led over the past few years. Welcome, welcome!

Humanity needs this kind of support right now.

So that's what I decided to do. I decided to just go make stuff.

My heart gave a little jump for joy when I saw "Awake @ The Wheel". I'm looking forward to whatever unfolds on this branch of the journey.
Yay! So super to look forward to your content in my inbox and not just my ears!
Excited to dive in and share here!
